5 STEPS TO MAKE 2010 YOUR BEST YEAR:

We all want to have the greatest next year; I know I do. So how can we achieve the best year possible for 2010? Below is a simple five step list that will assist you in targeting the things that serve your higher purpose in 2010 and the things that do not. If you are not clear about how to make 2010 the best year of your life, you will be much clearer after reading this article.

1.	REFLECT: Reflect on the opportunities you seized this past year.
By reflecting on the opportunities that we actually seized in the past year, we build a template for what works and how. People sometimes focus on what doesn’t work, which is useful to a degree, but when we really want to manifest what does work, then we focus on how it feels and looks when something does work.

2.	CREATE: Create a new life list of what you want to achieve in your new year.
When you create a list of all the things you want to achieve and experience in the coming new year, be as specific as possible. The more specific you detail your desires, the clearer power you have to manifest them. Refer back to your list from Step 1 and think about what patterns you had this past year that allowed you to succeed. Figure out how to apply them to your list of what you want to achieve next year.

3.	LET GO: Let go of people, places, and things that aren’t supporting your new year.
Though it may be the hardest thing to let go of what is not supporting or lifting you into your New Year experiences, do it. It comes down to seeing everything as neutral so you can make objective decisions about what goes and what stays. When it comes to people close to you like family, just see them as people. Mom’s a person, siblings are people. People tend to create a sense of obligation around close relationships, that because this person has this title or known them for a period of years that they owe it to them to sacrifice their own truth for the other person’s. When we are able to completely detach from every person, place and thing, we can be truly open to what our higher calling is guiding us to do.

4.	RECEIVE: Invite and receive into your life people, places, and things that support your new year.
After you are clear on what you want to achieve and what isn’t supporting your aspirations, ask questions like: Where am I to go? Who am I to be with? What am I to have to take my life to the next level and create the greatest year ever? Take this list and make action steps for how you will successfully bring these people, places, and things into your life.

5.	CELEBRATE: Celebrate your New Year and new life by feeling, seeing, knowing and owning it.
The awareness of what is supporting your new year is followed by putting your greatest creative power behind it to manifest it. Meditate with the new life list of what you want to achieve for 2010 and the people, places and things that will manifest it.

Use the following exercise to get into a clear space to put your greatest power behind it: “Celebrating is different from Affirming.” Celebrating is sharing joy for what is so while Affirming is wanting something to be so. Celebrate your new life, new year by feeling it, seeing it, knowing it’s manifesting, and owning that it has manifested. Then it’s simply a matter of watching it tangibly happen, which is not a matter of if but when. Be patient and enjoy watching your best year unfold!

The best way to increase your wealth and abundance is to raise the bar on your self-value. People see you as you see yourself, mostly. Therefore, it is imperative to view yourself as you wish to be seen. Makes sense, doesn’t it? I’m talking about really owning your greatest vision of your highest worth.
If you are a consultant, decide what your fee is by the hour or per consultation. Is it over or under how much you actually feel–notice I use the word ‘feel–you are worth? If you are asking for more than you feel you are worth, people will respond by undervaluing your services. You will not procure much business, if at all. Do you want to pay for something that you feel is worth half of the asking price? No. Of course you don’t. On the other hand, do you want to pay for something that you feel is worth much more than the asking price? Yes, of course you do. Some people would even feel like they are taking advantage of the situation because they feel they’re getting a great deal.

Do you have a typical salary job with evaluation periods to increase your salary? What weighs in on the decision most is how much you value your services to the company and the value of those services. Let it be twice of what you are currently receiving for your position. I suggest asking for half of what you actually value yourself at. So if your self-value is ninety thousand per year, you should only ask for forty-five thousand per year. This way the affirmation and energy you own is, of course they’d give me forty-five thousand, they’d be crazy not to. The feeling you own is that you are practically giving your services away to them. They then feel this and respond in kind by giving you what you ask for or in some cases feel compelled to offer you more.

The unemployment rate is up and some people are feeling hopeless about procuring a job when hundreds are applying for the same position. Is the key to take less? Well, maybe. But the essential point when applying with hundreds of other applicants is to create your value to be higher than theirs. You are the professional who has the answers to the company’s needs and the salary you are asking from them is half of what you would typically receive for your services. This type of consciousness is what will set you aside from the hundreds of other applicants and land you the job. Let’s face it, with hundreds of applicants, employers are praying for someone to jump out at them to help them narrow the pile down. You can be the one who jumps out!

Commission-based sales and similar positions such as acting where one is making money per gig must use the same principle. When going to an audition or closing a deal, own the role or part so the one you are selling it to feels it beaming out of you. Own what you do so strongly that the receiver is compelled to hire you. People want to be sold. They want to feel that you know you are the one for them more than they know it. They want you to prove it to them. Prove it by owning it, not by explaining or thinking it. Simply own it.

Find the limiting beliefs that are devaluing your services, whether they are to a company for a salary or per job on a consultation fee basis. Shift any beliefs you have that are not allowing you to create the greatest value of your services. Furthermore, any life experiences that prevent you from owning your inner truth and service must be reckoned with in order to create the powerful response you are looking for from others.

The recipe for success every time with everything is to get real with your inner value system. Increase it. Own it and you will turn seemingly disadvantages into your greatest successes!

Creating world peace includes many things such as providing water for those who are dying of thirst, sharing food with starving people, and offering basic health care for those in need of it.

Universal health care has worked in many industrialized nations such as Britain, Canada, and France, who have all adopted the no person left behind philosophy. Even though these countries offer these services to their citizens, they still spend less money for health care, per person, than the United States does. There are some things in a capitalistic society that must not be monopolized or even capitalized on, namely health care. The current health bill is a step in the right direction by eliminating pre-existing conditions as a factor in providing someone health care and keeping costs down, but it is still a far cry from a universal solution. Universal health care will not only provide assistance to those who cannot afford health care but will unify this world. The more we, as citizens of Earth, come together on providing basic needs to our brother and sister souls, the sooner we will experience world peace in as little as one generation.

On our journey of ups and downs we tend to view the downs as actual downs in worth, vibration, importance, value and ultimately acceptance. The emotional hierarchy embraced by humanity places an extreme pressure on people to move up the hierarchy to ‘better’ emotions or a ‘better’ emotional place. To live by this idea is dangerous, very dangerous. This is a slippery slope leading one on an impossible journey of creating the perfect feeling or emotion of their life experience. The collective of humanity has judged emotions as good or positive and other emotions as bad or negative. They are just emotions . . . all good . . . all important . . . and all equally valuable. By allowing each emotion to be as it is and share to you what it is sharing, by putting each emotion on the same shelf of importance, by valuing them all as the beautiful colors they are without the need to leave or escape them, you create an opening for something rich and incredible: unconditional love.

How do you make the Law of Attraction work every time? Get your conscious and unconscious thoughts on the same playing field. Get them playing with each other to create in harmony instead of conflict with each other. Where our conscious and unconscious thoughts butt heads is where the Law of Attraction fails.

The greatest secret is not that we create with our thoughts but rather our thoughts create from two places in our mind: the conscious and unconscious. Many say that we only use 10% of our total mind consciously in any moment. This means 90% of our mind is being driven from our unconscious.

When we are aware of the decisions we make in each moment we are making conscious choices. When our choices are unconscious, they are decided possibly in contradiction to what we really desire. This is how unwanted habits or manifestations can control us.

A prime example is in the case of addiction. Addiction is an attachment to something unconscious that we don’t want to participate with consciously. We say that we are addicted but what we are really saying is we feel out of control. We are always in control. The things we create, we genuinely want or desire on some level. Unconscious thinking might manifest as something which is contradictory to our conscious desires.. This is the inner struggle humanity has experienced for millennia.

The secret to making the Law of Attraction work every time for everyone, is to discover one’s unconscious thinking in relation to what one desires to create consciously. If the unconscious thinking is in opposition to one’s desires, amend the counterproductive thinking into something that will align with one’s conscious desires.

Seven Steps to Making the Law of Attraction Work Every Time

1. Awareness: Be aware of what you are creating.

2. Breathe: Breathe in deeply to connect to what you are creating and on the exhale expand to create more room for the connection. Surrender to what you are currently creating. Let go.

3. Responsibility: Take responsibility for what you are creating. Own it. Use the verbiage ‘I want to experience (place here what you are experiencing)’ because on some level you do want to experience it or you wouldn’t be experiencing it.

4. Acceptance: Drop judgment of what you are creating to realize it is simply a creation. Discharge the energy or judgment typically associated with things that you don’t want. These unwanted things have been called negative, wrong or bad.

5. Unconscious: Now that you are aware of what you do want consciously, become aware of any unconscious thoughts creating against what you want consciously. Go through the first four steps with each unconscious thought that is hidden and in conflict with your conscious desires.

6. Peace: Make peace with the inner conflict about the situation. Bring both sides of your thinking together. Harmonize your conscious and unconscious thinking. Let them both speak and feel. Indeed two parts of you can be in disagreement with each other. Come to a place of being okay with each of them and feel the resulting peace.

7. Recreate: With awareness, acceptance and peace brought to all parts of you regarding a situation, you have the power to recreate the circumstance and with a higher probability of long-lasting success.

Congratulations on creating the life you truly deserve with more serenity and success than ever before. The seven steps to making the Law of Attraction work every time is applicable with every situation. You are truly the master of this creation!

Have you ever wondered why you bring the same type of person into your life or why people leave when they do? It can be frustrating, not knowing why patterns don’t change, even when we want them to. We end up blaming ourselves or others when relationships go south. Wouldn’t it be helpful if we understood the enigma of chemistry between people? Understanding what brings people in and out of our life empowers us to choose who is in our life contributing to our peace, health and joy.

Relationships are actually one of the best gifts to help us achieve our greatest potential. Your tribe, peeps, clan, community, family, call them what you will, our relationships with others are our most helpful or detrimental tangible support for spiritual success.

When two people have similar chemistry they attract each other to form a relationship. Understanding chemistry is vital to understanding why we manifest the people we do, and chemistry is not always innate.

For the most part, chemistry is based upon our learned beliefs. Even in vitro we absorb beliefs about life. After we’re born, the conditioning really begins. Our primary caretakers led us by example demonstrating how to be in relationships. How did our parent’s role model their relationship with each other, money, God, strangers, friends and their career?

Lovers, life partners, coworkers and acquaintances are all drawn or repulsed to us based on our beliefs about life. Many times our chemistry comes from unconscious beliefs we aren’t even aware of. We have the power to find and change our beliefs changing relationships that do not serve us to ones that support our spiritual success.

If Cupid was real and his arrows had magic, Cupid could change the beliefs of men and women to create the perfect chemistry. Every relationship is a blessing because each one assists us in growing into a greater person.

10 Steps to Manifest Loving Relationships

Responsibility: Choose to take responsibility for what you are creating.

Mirroring: See your relationship as a mirror, the person is a reflection of what you are attracting with your beliefs.

Gratitude: Be grateful to the universe for making you aware of what you are creating.

Breathe: Breathe deep and release to calm your mind, open your heart and relax your body, so you may connect with your spirit.

Challenge List: Make a challenge list of everything in your relationship that is not serving your highest potential.

Transform: Transform each item into its antithesis to create your new vision of the relationship.

New Vision: Add any other qualities to your new vision you’d like to experience with this type of relationship.

Certainty: Know that you are creating your new vision of this relationship.

Celebrate: When you experience the new qualities celebrate them.

Awareness: Be aware if you experience anything that is not in alignment with your highest vision of this relationship and go through the ten steps again.

You will eventually live in this new vision and probably have yet another new vision to create. That is the beauty of relationships. They are ever inspiring us to grow. If we seize the opportunity and surrender to the grander vision of our loving selves, we will embrace the ultimate expression of life.

If we consider that everything we do comes from a place of wanting to feel loved, we understand that we all have different versions of love. What version of love do you have? Is your version unconditional, no matter what people do they are good and can do no wrong? Is your version conditional, people are wrong or right and everyone falls into these categories? But there are bad people, you might say. ‘Bad’ people exist in one version of love but in another nonjudgmental, soulful, empowering, freeing, unified field of love; there are only good people.

What it comes down to is, we are all doing the best we can in each moment given what is available to us. If we could have performed better, we would have, it’s as simple as that. We often wonder how things could have been different in hind sight, but the point is to learn from the past and adjust our direction in the moment, not to dwell with judgment.

Below is a love test. You’ll find a list of universal loving and unloving qualities. The love test will guide you through simple qualifiers to see how loving your relationship is. Please think of one relationship at a time. Check the qualities that apply to how you feel with each relationship.

THE LOVE TEST

Universal Loving Qualities

Acceptance

Unity

Understanding

Freedom

Empowerment

Patience

Respect

Universal Unloving Qualities

Conditions

Separation

Blame

Control

Disempowerment

Impatience

Disrespect

Every relationship brings us closer to what we truly want. Changing the type of people we bring into our life is not about them but about us. Ultimately everyone serves us because they bounce back to us what our thinking is creating. Every person who shows up in our life shows up for a reason. Using the ten steps to manifest loving relationships will bring us closer to our greatest potential with more peace and love.

Laura Ling and Euna Lee Return to America

Last week, Bill Clinton succeeded in negotiating for the freedom of American journalists, Laura Ling, 32, and Euna Lee, 36, from North Korea. The journalists had been detained at the China and North Korean border in March and sentenced to 12 years of hard labor, but with Bill Clinton’s help they have been released and reunited with their families.

This story is a prime example of how the universe has a purposeful plan. Although Laura Ling and Euna Lee’s situation looked threatening, the women ultimately found their way back home, with a renewed sense of gratitude and compassion. There is always an opportunity in every circumstance. The story teaches us the lesson of faith, as the universe always assists us along our path.

Another important lesson we can derive from this story, is how we, as individuals, can choose to live as global citizens. When Bill Clinton knew he had the power to influence change and to save lives, he took it upon himself to rescue Laura Ling and Euna Lee. We can all follow his courageous example and realize that we also have the power and moral responsibility to help others on this planet. Unifying as global citizens is the only way to world peace!
